The Hive cohorts consist of monthly, virtual discussions over a six-month period. Discussions are anchored by inspiring resources such as books, podcasts, articles, and TED Talks. However, the true magic lies in the participants themselves—their stories, aspirations, and experiences shape the heart of each conversation, creating a space for authentic connection, shared learning, and personal growth.
"The Hive was a beautiful example of the power of women supporting women to make more space for what we want and how to hold what we have. I am grateful to learn from such an impressive group of leaders; I would leave each session with more bounce in my step and a replenished sense of optimism and hope."
"As professional women who are also engaged members of our families, dedicated partners and friends, and community volunteers, The Hive provides a place for mutual support, inspiration to do more, and, when necessary, permission to focus on self."
"The Hive was a great experience of learning, connecting, and becoming. The facilitation ensured just enough structure and content while still making space for a natural flow of conversations and reflections - and ultimately the safe, supportive environment enabled people to show up for themselves and each other in a way I have not experienced."
